He is survived by: his wife Mickie Merle Lynne Callaway; his children, Chris Callaway, Heather Kelly and Tawnya Slafka; his brother James Callaway; his grandchildren, Colton Callaway, Kelly Callaway, James Bonner Callaway, Cathryne Jordan, Ashley Henry, Cal Slafka and Elise Slafka; and his great grandchildren, Addison Callaway, Aiden Callaway and Abilene Henry.
