He is survived by: his mother Linda Alice Nichols; his wife Tracy Vance Culpepper; his children, Sarah Anne Culpepper Boyd (Reagan James Boyd) and John Ryan Culpepper; and his siblings, Elizabeth Anne Culpepper Attaway (Jeff), Mark Edward Culpepper (Karen) and Paul Victor Culpepper (Carrie).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bailey & Foster Funeral Home (207 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (503 N Queen St, Palestine, TX 75801).
