He is survived by: his children, Linda Ann Hill, Jeanne Phillips and David Wayne Starkey; and his siblings, Mary Ann McCracken, Joyce Rowland, Jimmie R. Starkey and Charles Starkey. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
