She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvie Floyd Shelton and Mable Shelton; her husbands, James Carroll of Wortham and James "Jim" N. Hahn; and her brother Orville Shelton.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Helm (Timothy) of Elkhart, Texas; her grandchildren, Andres Flores, Jimmy Flores (Kendra), Doug Helm (Erin) and Brenna Helm; her great grandchildren, Trevor Flores (Sarah), Alex Flores, Anna Wilmeth (Tristyn), Aron Flores, Eden Flores, Elijah Flores, Madison Spain (Jacob), Alivia Helm, Asher Helm and Jared Calvert; and her great great grandchildren, Jaxon Wayne Wilmeth and Edith Louise Spain. She is also survived by other numerous family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rhone Memorial Chapel (3900 S State Hwy 19, Palestine, TX 75801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the Roselawn Park (207 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801).
