As Elizabeth departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elizabeth leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reagan Tanner, Sr. and Roxie Hall Tanner; her husband R. W. "Sam" Dugan; and her sister Joyce Warren. She is survived by: her sons, Raymond Dugan (Naomi) and Gary Dugan (Vicki); and her siblings, Linda McCauley, June Green, Ramona Burch and Reagan "Buck" Tanner. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Liberty Cemetery.
She donated to many organizations to help others, donating locally to Hope Station, Saint Jude's, and AVDA.
