He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Benjamin and Olivia Vickery O'Pry; his daughter Betty Elizabeth Ann O'Pry; and his brothers, Donald O'Pry, John O'Pry and Lee O'Pry.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Elizabeth O'Pry; his sons, Charles Ray O'Pry of Tennessee Colony, Doyle Ray O'Pry of Tennessee Colony, Johnny Ray O'Pry (Mary Ann) of Oakwood, Jimmy Lee O'Pry of Oakwood and Kenneth Ray O'Pry of Oakwood; and his sisters, Wanda Lewis of Dawson and Barbara Jean Dechaume of Neches, Texas.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lost Prairie Cemetery (Groesbeck, TX 76642). A graveside service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
