He was predeceased by: his parents, Elby Stevens and Rosa Rippy Stevens; and his wife Mary Bell Radford Stevens. He is survived by: his sons, Chris (Amy Stevens), David (Vicki Stevens), Kimble (Ruby Stevens) and Kelly (Marla Stevens); and his siblings, Johnie, Elby Stevens, Jr. and Selma Eggleston. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren.
