He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe Shiflet and Betty Jean Winton. He is survived by: his children, Deidria Allen (Len) and Daniel Cody Shiflet (Madeline); his siblings, Robin Dianne Shiflet, Linda Sue Ormston and Jerry Lee Shiflet; his grandchildren, Ethan, Seth, Grafton, MyLen and D'Angelo Allen; and his great grandchild Jayce Allen.
