He was predeceased by: his parents, Labra Allen Hulsey and Rosalind Speigle Hulsey; his parents-in-law, Harris and Juanita Mullins; his son David M. Hulsey, II; and his brother Tommy Hulsey.
He is survived by: his wife Geni Hulsey; his stepson Jason; his daughter-in-law Marla Naylor of Palestine; his brother Paul Hulsey (Linda) of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren, Amber Naylor, Anita Rocheford and Allyson Naylor; and his nephew Jeremy Hulsey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Norwood Heights Baptist Church (2214 State Hwy 155, Palestine, TX 75803). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
