She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlis L. Stewart and Mildred Elizabeth McDaniel (Richard "R. D." Prince); and her brothers, Orvall Stewart and Andrew Stewart. She is survived by: her sons, Dan Rose (Kathleen) of Palestine and Arlis "Jack" Rose (Debra) of McLean, Texas; her stepchildren, Connie Potts and Phillip Prince; and her grandchildren, Miki Schmidt, Mandy Casey, Jeremy Simpson, Amy Dehls, Kory Brown and Stacy Lovejoy. She is also survived by several step grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other family members, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Crockett Road Church of Christ (1717 Crockett Rd, Palestine, TX 75801). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the A. L. Stephens Cemetery E 1650 Rd.
