She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy Starr and Hazel Starr; and her sister Vickie Knowles. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Duncan; her siblings, Timothy Starr of Palestine, Ada Victory of Frankston and Ragena McAdams Palestine; her children, Bo Doss and Brittiny Morris; and her friend Karri Hooper Schmidt.
