We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2025, at the age of 69, Carol Garner of Palestine, Texas, born in Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Carol shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carol farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacqueline Hawkins and Millard Hawkins. She is survived by: her children, Therrell "Terry" Garner, III Garner (Kim) of Corpus Christi, TX, Corinna Garner and Clayton Garner of Palestine, TX; her granddaughter Karsallyn Garner; her sisters, Connie Miller of Tyler, TX, Donnie Ellis of Alexandria, LA, Millie Krause (Larry) of Longview, TX and Gene Hawkins (Christi) of Longview, TX; and her sister-in-law Karen Garner of Longview, TX.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bailey & Foster Chapel (207 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801).
