She was predeceased by: her parents, James Knox and Soleta Ferrel Knox (Dolly); her husband Charles Denson; and her siblings, Mary Paxton and James Knox.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Johnson (Steve), Tracey Denson (Tonja), Mike Denson (Pam) and Gary Denson (Connie); and her grandchildren, Grace Johnson, Brock Denson, Jeff Denson, Beth Ressel, Christy Pettiette, Jennifer Black, Trooper Denson and Trinity Denson. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the First Methodist Church (422 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
