She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Willis and Louise Willis (Clark); and her husband Jimmie Joe Branson. She is survived by: her children, Becky Branson and Joseph Branson; her siblings, Sue Johnson, Jimmie Kelly, Linda Parker, Carolyn Gannon (David), Barbara Blackmon (Mark), James Ginsel (Gina), Donnie Fincher (Wendy) and James Willis (Deborah); her grandchildren, Sarah Branson and Ashley Akerman (Hunter); and her great grandchildren, Ashton Branson, Hazel Akerman and McKenzie Akerman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bailey & Foster Funeral Home (207 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bailey & Foster Chapel (207 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801).
