Osborne of Palacios; her children, Stephanie Shepard (Edward) of Kentucky, Kimberly Smith of Kentucky, Elizabeth Staub (Daniel) of Kentucky, Timothy McKinney (Jacinda) of Palacios and Eddie Osborne of Washington; her siblings, Tammy Curtis (Stacey) of Kentucky and DeWayne McKinney of Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Alexandra, Zachary Shepard, Jensen, Brayden McKinney, Destiny, Dustin, Dakota, Desiree Devore, Brooke and Paisley Staub.
