He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio Navarro and Benigna Rivera Navarro; his son Tommy Navarro; his siblings, Ricarda Palacios, Mary Parra, Senora Robles, Fila Retiz, Juan Navarro, Frank Navarro and Lawrence Navarro; and his stepdaughter Iris Gonzales.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia P. Navarro of Palacios; his children, Irma Gonales (Amado) of Ganado, Richard Navarro (Maria) of Victoria, James Navarro (Janie) of Port Lavaca and Evione Roy of Palacios; and his siblings, Antonia Chavers (Dean) of Albuquerque, Mamie Gil (Robert) of Victoria and Victor Navarro (Irene) of Victoria. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, and 20 Great-Grandchildren.
