He is survived by: his wife Debra Lynn Leavitt Kocurek; his daughters, Christy Kocurek, Nicole Brown and Jessica Bailey (Kyle); his granddaughter Taylor Dougherty; his siblings, Deborah Barnett (Glen), Margaret Pena (Fred), Angelina Castanon (Isidro), Melissa Brown (Mike), Jerome Kocurek (Jackie), Andrew Kocurek (Theresa), Timothy Kocurek, Patrick Kocurek (Linda) and Christopher Kocurek (Ana); and his sister-in-law Rita Kocurek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (1004 Magnusson Ave, Palacios, TX 77465). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
