He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Quintanilla and Lydia Garcia Quintanilla; his wife Lucia Quintanilla; and his daughter Irma Ortiz Lenz. He is survived by: his children, Alma Tapia (Jose), Maria Ottino (Carlos), Gracie Trevino (Steven), Elizabeth Hooper (Mike), David Pena (Ninfa), Joe Pena and Ruben Quintanilla; and his sons-in-law, Rick Cink and Donnie Lenz. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and grand pups.
