She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas McKissick and Alma McKissick; her husband Jack Falks; and her brothers, Gerald and Kenneth McKissick.
She is survived by: her children, Kay, Jack Jr. (Delisa) and Rachel McDaniels (Michael); her grandchildren, Kristyn Pittman Thomas (Casey) and Claudia Stadelmann (Kurt); her great grandchild Olivia; and her sister Susie Glasscock (Craig). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
