He is survived by: his wife Gina Pardo Guerrero; his daughter Mashelle Seaman (Noah); his siblings, Jason Guerrero (Salina), Krystina Guerrero Vasquez (Rudy Vasquez) and Kelsey Guerrero; his brother-in-law Anthony Pardo (Emilia); his parents, Lydia Morales Guerrero and Gerardo Guerrero (Maria Salinas); his father-in-law Tony Pardo; his grandmother Esperanza Guerrero; his nieces, Natalie Guerrero, Ariah Vasquez, Chelsea Pardo, Sophia Pardo and Savana Pardo; his sister Kasey Guerrero; his grandparents, Ataulfo Joe Guerrero, Dionicio Morales and Epifania Morales; his mother-in-law Virginia Pardo; his grandmother Nieves Perez; and also, Eric Pardo (Laura), Nephews Isiah Guerrero, Gabriel Guerrero, Eli Guerrero, Ezrah Vasquez, Jaxon Ayala, Elias Ayala, Jacob Pardo, Uncle Robert Guerrero and Lawrence Guerrero.

It was Jay's wish to give back and save lives with blood donations.
