He is survived by: his children, David (Bella), Darrell Blackwell (Kim) and Dee Dee Stork; and his grandchildren, Eddy III, Rena, Ari, Sanissa, David, Jr. and Justice. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
