She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Wendel and Evelyn Popp Wendel; and her brother-in-law Harvey Immenhauser. She is survived by: her sons, Donald Mondrik of Wharton and Douglas Mondrik of Belton; her siblings, Barbara Immenhauser of Nursery, Gary Wendel (Angie) of Louise, Glenn Wendel (Wilma) of Pipe Creek and Gerald Wendel (Lisa) of El Maton; and her sister-in-law Leona Mondrik of Blessing.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Peters Catholic Church (106 Eleventh St, Blessing, TX 77419). A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Houston Hospice in El Campo.
