She was predeceased by: her husband J. M. Harbison (Jim) of Palacios; and her son Charles Harbison. She is survived by: her sons, James M. Harbison, Jr. (Yonok Cho) and Russell N. Harbison (Gigi); and her grandchildren, RaNee Harbison Steed of Austin, Kimberly Harbison Franklin of Magnolia, Michael Harbison, Matthew Harbison, Jill Harbison Raddin and Kate Harbison Raffaele. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
