He was predeceased by: his father Charles Thomas Tyler; and his sister Martha Jeanie Tyler. He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Kay" Tyler; his son Charles R. "Richie" Tyler Jr.; his granddaughter Annie Faith Tyler; his siblings, Zella Hunt and Mike Tyler (Beverly); and his sisters-in-law, Sherry Luckett (Chuck) and Cindy Johnson (Cecil). He is also survived by 5 nieces; along with numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, and other extended family and friends.
