He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Wayne Haynes, Sr. and Martha Lee. He is survived by: his sons, Amos DeSoto Haynes, Jr. and Xzavier Azul Haynes; his brother Jerry Wayne Haynes, Jr.; his wife Amy Finnie; his sisters, Jerrylin Nina Grice (Chris) and Andrea Denise Haynes (Jr); and also Avery Finnie (Melizza). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
