He is survived by: his wife Vicenta Agnes Garcia; his sisters, Janie Orozco (Rufus), Phyllis "Mata" Rodriguez, Lucy Estraca (Alfred) and Emilia "Flor" Garcia (Albert); and his children, Alex Garcia (Nellie), Lysa Palmisano (Larry), Vicky McDaniel (Mike), Vincent Sr. Garcia (Becky), Yvette Garcia (Abraham), Armand Howard (Ken) and Jude Garcia (Patty). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, and numerous other family members.
