We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2025, at the age of 53, Earl Barney Bavousett of Paint Rock, Texas, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Earl Barney farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Earl Barney is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his father Barney Bavousett; his wife Cheryl McCasland; and his parents-in-law, Monetta and Vernon McCasland. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Bavousett; his son Michael Earl (Shanna Bavousett); his grandsons, Jordan Bavousett (Dustee) and Zachary Bavousett; his great grandchild Jeremiah Bavousett; and his brothers, Walter Bavousett (Maureen) and Robert Bavousett (Linda).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (6801 I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762).
