He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Robert and Viola Baker Moore; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Betty Helton; his children, Karen Elliott (Monte) and Tim Moore (Erika) of Paducah; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kristyn Deaton, Alyssa Moore and Rory Moore; and his sister-in-law Lawanda Moore of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
