He is survived by: his wife Marie Cummings; his children, Tanya Montgomery (Mat Montgomery) of Memphis, TX, Tina Brooks (Timmy) of Roaring Springs, TX and James Cummings of Taylor County, TX; his siblings, Kathy, Sharon, Travis, John, Gary and Bob; his grandchildren, Jessica, Christian, Mattie, Paul, Victoria, Morgan, Myra and Valerie; and his great grandchildren, Tansley, Easton and Jackson.
