She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Mulkey and Ruby Mulkey. She is survived by: her husband Larry Shivers; her siblings, Barbara Latham (Gene) and Gary Mulkey (Heather); and her children, April Hammer (Kevin), Julie Sultuska, Cassy Long and Barry Lancaster II (Alena). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
