He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Beauchamp Brooks; his parents, Calvin Brooks and Roxie Brooks (Peay); his son Calvin Chris; his son-in-law Gus Timmon; and his siblings, Anna V. Mayes, J. W., Delwin Brooks and Bobby Lea Holley.
He is survived by: his children, Bradley Don, Delisa Piper (Steve) and Brad Brooks (Terri); his grandchildren, Tiffany Seal (Caleb), Tara Sandusky (Jay), Tess McCown (Jordan), Tanner Brown (Heather) and Josh Brown; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Payton, Haven, Ethan Gus Seal, Jarek, Audra Sandusky, Jax McCown, Taylor, Hadley and Hunter Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, great friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to First Baptist Church Operation Christmas Child and the Paducah Cemetery Association.
