He was predeceased by: his parents, Neiland Worley and Velma Worley; his sisters, Diana Worley and Donna Roberts; and his nephews, Steven Bouknight and Nathan Worley.

He is survived by: his sons, James Worley of Lubbock, TX, Cody Worley of Lubbock, TX and Mark Worley of Tacoma, WA; his brother Randy (Sharon) of Paducah, TX; and his grandson Jack Worley.
