He is survived by: his wife Glynda Ruth Woodley (Bradford) of Paducah, TX.; his son Mike Woodley; his daughter-in-law Judy Woodley (Jay Woodley) of Pagosa Springs, CO; and his grandchildren, Matthew Woodley of Cumming, GA, Ellie Woodley of Pagosa Springs, CO, Anna Woodley of Loveland, CO and Brock Hansell of Pagosa Springs, CO..

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the paducah cemetery association.
