She was predeceased by: her spouse Adrian Ray Defoor; her brother George Pyles; her sister-in-law Helen Pyles; her niece Jo Anne Pyles; and her brother-in-law James Carroll.

She is survived by: her son James Robert Defoor of Quanah; and her sister Margaret Carroll of Muleshoe.
