He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnulfo Alvarez and Isidira Alvarez. He is survived by: his wife Oralia Ramirez; his siblings, Celia Bhandari, Irma Ortiz, Gustavo Ortiz, Joey Alvarez, David Alvarez and Mary Chavarria; his grandchildren, Justice Adkins (Victoria), Azaylea Tovar (Matthew), Izac Adkins, Audrey, Lily, Ellie Ruiz, Evander Whitby, Cameron and Devin Ochoa; and his great grandchildren, Maggie Adkins, Malakhai and Mercedez Sanchez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like to thank everyone for their generous donation, visits, kind words, thoughts, and prayers.
