Ralph left this world on February 1, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Stapper and Ophelia Stapper; and his brother Leroy Stapper (Annie). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Scheel; and his sons, Jeffrey (Veronica), Reginald (Becky) and Carlon (Ann). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Preddy Funeral Home (502 9th St, Ozona, TX 76943). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (1715 Martinez St, Ozona, TX 76943). A Mass was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (25781 TX-46, Spring Branch, TX 78070).
