She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Nellie Morrison Lipham; her husband Bill Wagoner; and her brothers, Fred, Norman, Julian, Leroy and Doyle Lipham.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Dean Wagoner (Angela) of Athens, Andel Gean Wagoner (Debra) of Ozona and Marla Cook of Brady, Texas.; and her siblings, Wayne Lipham (Beverly) of Springtown, Wanda Willard of San Angelo and Idabell Ewing of Pasadena, Texas.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, 45 great-great children.
