He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Brown (Joe), Lara Sue Baggett (Penn) and Leanne Higgins (Billy); his grandchildren, Jodye Smathers (Rick), Leana Talbott (Tom), Neal Higgins and Haley Higgins; his great grandchildren, Andy Higgins, Maci Wagoner, Will Talbott, Slade Smathers, Ellie Talbott, Rayce Higgins and Weston Talbott; and his sister-in-law Betty Lou Winslow. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
