He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth, Lorece Baze, Robert of San Angelo and David (Diana) of Colorado Springs; his children, Dean (Wendy) of Wildwood, Teresa (Doug Calvert) of Southlake and Ronald (Rhonda) of Ozona; his grandchildren, Deanna (Jerry) of University City, Alyssa of Columbia, Kelly of Wildwood, Katherine of Birmingham, William of Southlake, Rebekah (Eric Dominguez) of Andrews and Regan of Cibolo; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Jarryn, Easton, Ariane and Kalan.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Baptist Church Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 1608, Ozona, TX 76943-1608.
