He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Strain and Barbara Vincent Strain; his brother Danny Argenbright; and his uncle Tom Vincent. He is survived by: his wife Sue Strain of Ovilla; his children, Amber Reavis (Chris Reavis) of Midlothian, Shaun Kimberling (Charla Rose) of Duncanville and Jerry Crozier of Keller; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Kinlee Reavis, Bryanna and Faith Kimberling. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
