She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Phillips and Mary Ellen Phillips; and her husband Ronald Barkley Ellis. She is survived by: her pets, Birdie and Tilley; her children, Stacia Christine Ellis of Waxahachie and Ronald Darin "Doc" Ellis of Ovilla; her siblings, Robert Phillips (Lois) of Lewisville and Mary Jane Miller (Henry) of Quitman; and her sister-in-law Nancy Ellis of Caddo Mills. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and friends.
