He is survived by: his wife Mary Welch of Overton, Texas; his children, Venice Brassell (Robert) of Arab, Shannon Welch of Chandler and Brian Welch (Niki) of Aledo, Texas; his sister Brenda Clayton of Kerrville, Texas; his grandchildren, Briana Welch, Grayce Welch, Taylor Welch of Aledo, Katie Brassell, Allie Brassell (Robyn), Mandy Reynolds (Ryan) of Arab, Alabama, Cole Ryan and Chase Ryan of College Station, Texas; and his great grandchild Ila Mae Reynolds. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
