He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Weiterman and Imogene Weiterman; and his grandson Tristen Wayne Evans. He is survived by: his children, Blaine Weiterman (Jessica) and Heather Evans (Tracy) of Arp; his grandchildren, Tucker Evans, Trace Evans and Reece; and his siblings, Van Weiterman of Kilgore, Kaye Wall (Lee Roy) of Frankston, TX, Sue Nelson and Col. Lee Nelson of Alexandria, VA..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the City of Overton Golf Course, 505 S. Lakeshore Dr, Overton, TX, 75684.
