He is survived by: his wife Diane West of Overton; his sons, Eugene West (Juanita) of Troup, Gregory West and David West of Baytown; and his grandsons, Chance West, Jeremy West of Tyler and Michael West (Belinda) of Henderson.
Mr. Scott was a truck driver and retired from Bruce McMillian Jr. Foundation.
