He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Pierce Anderson and Laura Carr Anderson; his children, Leotis Anderson and Blondie Anderson Frazier; and his siblings, Starling Anderson, Jimmy Lee Anderson, Henry Anderson, Howard Anderson, Ervin Anderson, Arthur Lee Anderson, Certist Parker, Cleo Anderson, Ozella Rockwell, Mary Lee Anderson and Francis Morrow.
He is survived by: his wife Yulanda Jackson Anderson; his children, Demetria Anderson of Shreveport, LA, Henny Rockwell of Jefferson, TX, Frances Beatty of Bon Wier, TX, Willie Franklin of Bon Wier, TX and Eric Stanton (Jerri) of Dallas, TX.; his sister Pearl Criss of Ore City, TX; and his son-in-law Darria Frazier of Cason, TX. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The lying in state was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reeder-Davis Funeral Home - Ore City (109 US-259, Ore City, TX 75683). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul Baptist Church (100 Old Jefferson-Coffeeville Rd, Ore City, TX 75683).
