She was predeceased by: her husband Houston Douglas Boen; her parents, James Whitmire and Bonnie Whitmire; her brothers, Jesse James Whitmire and Jimmy Nelson; and her daughters, Donna Sue Boen and Debra Kay Hart.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Douglas Boen (Lonna) of Kansas City and Phillip Dale Boen of Gilmer; her grandchildren, Mindy, Jonathon, Amy, Travis, Olivia, Claire, Sarah and Carlye; and her friends, Johnnie Rockwell and Connie Griggs. She is also survived by 9 Great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
