He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley D. Clegg and Coralie Lois Simmons Clegg; his son Richard D. Clegg; and his brother Chesley D. Clegg, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Clegg; his children, Tommy Clegg, Keith Robison, Belinda Slaughter, Ann Garriss and Crystal Rodrigues; and his sister Linda Zimmerman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
