It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert McCain of Ore City, Texas, who passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Kim McCain; his sisters, Minnie Sims, Annie Faye Owens, Esta Mae Colbert and Gwendolyn Royal; his wife Denise McCain of Ore City; his daughters, Tammy Walker (Tony) of Celina and Flesha Brown of Longview; his adoptive son Tommie Whitaker (Danyl) of Ore City; his sisters, Bettie Moon of Ore City and Mary Harris of Ruston; his siblings-in-law, Dennie Timmons (LaJoyce) and Latrell Alexander (Anthony) of Balch Springs; and his grandchildren, Logan Walker of Monticello, ShaDiamond Tatum and Jonniecia Brown of Ore City, Texas.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
