She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Hurricks, Teri Molitor and Robert Cottrell; her children, Douglas "Butch" Phillips (Nikki) of Longview, Sharee Smith (Nicholas) of Bossier City, Samuel Phillips (Jenny) of Ore City and Edward Phillips (Donna) of Longview; her grandchildren, Katherine, Douglas, Alexandra, Hailey, Lindsey, Jack, Tyler, Travis, Tracey, Sarah, Andrew, Joseph and Jessica; and her great grandchild Liam.
