He is survived by: his wife Diane Knabenshue; his children, Kenneth Stanford (Patti), Chris Stanford (Melinda) and Clarissa Cantrell (Scott); his stepmother Margaret Knabenshue; his siblings, Kenneth Knabenshue (Celeste), Ricky Knabenshue (Dawn), Robert Knabenshue (Sherry), Julie Wilson (William) and Vicky Sparks; and his grandchildren, Amelia and Levi Cantrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
